Diabolical company to deal with..... automated service that sends you in all directions and then cuts you off. An online service that just leads you up dead ends, then you can't go back.... shambles..... I only want to find the parcel you supposedly delivered!!! It's no wonder its going down the pan, dire service and they say Hermes and Yodel are bad!

I'm sure Royal Mail only employ people who cannot read. Twice this week Small Parcels clearly marked with my address have been delivered to 12 Glan Gors, Flint. Fortunately the people are honest and brought them round to me. Why don't people use a reliable courier like Hermes or Yodel. Both are cheaper and more reliable.

Been in waiting for this parcel to arrive. A card was put in my letterbox to collect .Really !!! Try ringing the bell very disappointed

If I wanted to go on a quest to find my items, I'd read the bloody hobbit again. Additionally, it's easier getting in contact with Gandalf, after his death, than the Flint depot staff. On a whole, I'd rather personally shower Gollum AND alphabetise London's postal warehouse than have to interact in any capacity with Flint post depot.
