I arrived with an injured foot in quite a bit of pain. The reception staff were fantastic and I was seen by a wonderful sister who booked me in for an x-ray the next morning as the x-ray dept. was closed. The next morning I was seen within half an hour. Excellent service. Thank you all.

Why isn't there a zero stars option? I needed double eyelid surgery back in March. Covid kicked in. A few months later lockdown ends, I go straight to the Victoria walk in hospital with an eye infection, asking to see someone from ophthalmology, as there's nothing my GP could do at this point. Security guard takes my temperature, checks my mask. The receptionist told me to go to specsavers. I'd never been to one, I never ever needed one, I have 20/10 vision. I need a surgeon, not an optician. The receptionist refused to let me go see an ophthalmologist. I didn't even know where specsavers is, that receptionist was unable to give me directions so I had to go home once more to find out where it is. Some time later I end up in Specsavers, and they don't have the first clue why the receptionist sent me there. Anyway, they were very helpful and I was seen almost immediately. The optician referred me back to the hospital as an emergency, he then instructs me to go home and wait for the phone call. I waited a month. I ended up in A&E with a golf ball sized infection on top of my eye. The nurse there confirmed the receptionist has no authority to turn me down and away. I received a prescription for horse doses worth of antibiotics and steroids, before the emergency surgery. It was painful, I could not receive any anaesthetic because no full surgery team available, so it was done raw. I didn't clap for the NHS that day. If I had to complain, they would put me in the drawer because I have no proof of receptionist says no. Zero stars for a complete and utter failure that could have cost me my sight. Jobsworth receptionist, utter shame on you. Only clap you deserve is straight on your face.

Very clean and covid19 aware, tested temperature on the way in for appointment and answered brief questions.

Excellant in the blood department you now have to book a appointment for blood test

First time in the Hub , ABSOLUTLEY lovely and friendly staff and had a consult with Dr Felix Adjekum , he is one of the most loveliest Drs I’ve met, nothing too much trouble , very calming and listened to everything and treated accordingly. Even during this pandemic , he made me feel welcome and assured 😊😊
