Friendly staff trying their best..very helpful with regards allergies etc...nicely refurbished pub ..but...food was terrible and pretty inedible...not well cooked and terrible quality ingredients ,all day breakfast had some really plastic tasting black pudding, poor quality flavourless sausage and bacon, chicken on the chicken wrap also had some weird processed taste going on ..no one on our table ate a full meal ..shame as the area is desperately in need of a decent place to eat out....Will return for drinks but afraid will never eat there again..
Staff very pleasant ,nice and quiet time to go ,my food was ok ,don't like the chips ,my husband liked the curry ,it was 10per cent off so that was good , will go back ,

Just popped in to be nosy. Wow! Fabulous atmosphere, polite staff with a warm welcome and good priced drinks, large rose and pint of diet coke £5.50. Social distancing and plenty of sanitizer everywhere. Not doing food yet but hopefully get a booking for during the week. Hopefully a proper local pub at last.
Nice new decor, first visit since lock down just for a pint or 2, but will definitely go back, nice overall atmosphere
