After waiting a short time on phone, spoke to a lovely receptionist, then had a call back from a senior nurse practitioner, who was very helpful and listened to what I had to say. I then visited the surgery to get bloods done and the nurse was lovely too. All staff friendly and great service all round, thank you. 👏👏

S##t doctors . With luck got thru on the phone at 8 in the morning .obviously cant make a doctors appointment for my son to see a doctor you have to have the doctor call you first to see if its needed (its needed ) no phone call still at 3 PM so I called again made sure they have correct number and she put a note on doctors computer to call me . tried to say maybe he has called while I was on phone told her not possible my phone let's me know if got another call and still got no call by 6 30 now closed so well done again the place needs closing it never changes.

I had an appointment booked at 9.40 am on 27/7 for a blood test and an ultra sound, as advised by the doctor, I had been fasting from 10pm yesterday night. When I arrived at the surgery, only then was I told, at reception, that one out of the two nurses was sick and therefore, unable to see me, stating that they were fully booked,and had informed me through text message. However I never received a text message and informed them of this. They then replied that the phone number on their system was incorrect and needed to be updated. This is false as the surgery would always call me on my mobile. When I asked them to double check, they then agreed to the contact number being correct and was then told to rebook the appointment again. I am upset and frustrated at how this situation was handled such as being lied to and having the blame put upon me. From this whole experience, what I wish to know is, is this how this situation is suppose to be dealt with? - Yeat Lim

If you're phoning for an appointment be prepared to wait on the photo for around an hour and a half before you speak to someone. When you do get an appointment, expect have to explain your issue as the doctors don't seem able to read patient records. I could go on.
