Absolutely appalling company, our caravan was shabby, we spent most of our holiday reporting issues. The first day we turned up my husband had to fix two locks on the internal bedroom and bathroom door, he also fixed the toilet flush twice has there was no repair man available. The mattress was awful to the point where you could feel the springs coming through, this was changed but not before asking if we have tried flipping the mattress! The cooker didn't work and yet again there was no maintenance man available! The decking area looked like it would break anytime as it looked rotten, there were weeds everywhere. We felt like we were an inconvenience, when we called to report issues the girls who answered said "is this number 5 again" and "oh you again". Don't use this company unless you want a stressful holiday!!

Worst travel company, do not use. My flights were cancelled due to Covid 19, they would not allow us transfer our accommodation booking to the following year, the campsite closes in September 2020. We have all been affected by Covid 19 but the mark of a good company is how they treat their customers when things go wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTED NEVER AGAIN. They wont let me do a no star rating so 1 it is.

Have read some of your reviews too. We as a family have been using Venue for a number of years now. We have used these for all over France & Italy and have never had an issue. We have always found the staff at head office to be most pleasant and informative. I believe it seems to be Jess that i have spoken too. During the Covid outbreak we were again booked to go to Italy in the May of this year Having contacted Venue they offered me either a refund in full or a credit note to transfer for use at a later date. I chose the refund. This was done within 5 days for the full amount i paid. My custom to this company will be and remain loyal and im have a guarantee that they will be hearing from me in the next 2 weeks to rebook for September. About the Staff that are onsite, i have found over the years that Venue do not tend to use "Kids" as representatives. Why i have no idea but i would suggest that the more mature persons as reps have more knowledge if repairs are required and probably more customer focused which in turn makes the customer feel far more valued, or Venued. If you like. I have been to many of Venues sites and always been offered a warm and friendly welcome, the check in procedure swift and accomodation spotless. The knowledge of the local area for shops and getting about is second to none over well lets just say rival companys. I would like if there is a chance to nominate both Mick & Mary in Lake Garda for thier time they have been our reps at Lake Garda. Nothing is ever too much for them. I will give you an instance. I had a brolen bar b que. I told Mick about this as he was doing his Morning rounds. By the time i had walked 50 yds to the bin with it Mick had gone to the stores and replaced it before i was back! This company only seems to know customer service to the highest of standards and in turn as i have said will i remain loyal to these. Why some of you have had bad experiences i cannot say but. So to finish Many thanks Venue for giving my family and Myself some wonderful, permanant, brain imprinted holiday photos, these can never be lost, and family time as along with myself you have watched my family grow from small children to Adults. Now 1 has her own children. We look forward to seeing you again very soon not only with my children but now with my Grand children.

This will be the second time we've had our family holiday using Venue Holidays, I would highly recommend them as booking and customer service is exceptional. For hassle free holiday booking there is no better choice....
