FALSE ADVERTISING! I paid £62 for a big lie worth £25! I use to book a B&B or an Airbnb or a hotel every single week because I travel for my business, so I can speak. This place is the worst place I have ever booked. I don`t lie. The room is not at all what I book for. There was none of the furniture seen in the photos. The bathroom is a shame, the shower is broken so it was hard to get a shower. If I could give -5 stars I will do it! The only good point is that the staff helped me to check-in late in the night and the housekeeper is friendly.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. THIS IS THEFT!
Tired... poorly decorated more paint on door handles than on the door!!!

Small but clean room. Shower a bit old but working. Friendly staff, breakfast fresh baked English eggs. Lots off traffic noise.
Nice quaint and affordable close to the town centre as well
