This hotel should be proud to have bar staff like Megan. She made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A pleasant young girl whom I would be proud to have an employee. Well done to that young girl. As an employer myself I felt I needed to ensure this girl was praised for her hard work towards customers.
Good car park and reception staff but that's where it ends. Heater/ac broke.. Telephone broke.. Uncomfy bed.. Cupboard doors out of line... Portable replacement heater not regulated.. Breakfast arrived 10 minutes late flat cold and over cooked and wrong to what was ordered. Overall very expensive at £83 for 1 man on a weeknight during covid.. WON'T use again
Lovely staff. Plenty of parking. Room service was quick and food was good. Early check out so i skipped the breakfast(my choice) so i cant comment. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of workspace for laptops etc. Nice sized tv too.
Served its purpose for my brief stay. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Food wasn't great and for £180 a night, they should be doing better. Ordered via QR code at the table to protect against COVID19 was a nice touch.
Had a really good stay... Megan was very professional on bar and made our stay feel very welcoming.
