Lovely basic campsite with bags of room to yourself. Ablutions trailer with 3 sawdust composting loos and one 'shower cubicle'. 10/10 for the loos, the 2 watering cans shower concept has room for improvement, a simple pulley system for the watering cans would make this site a 5/5.
Lovely location with rolling fields all around. Pricing reflects the services on site. Rebecca the owner is brilliant. Will definitely be back.
A new, back to basics campsite in a tranquil setting. Trust the small signage and continue along the gravel path to find the fields. Over 21s only ensures peace and quiet all weekend. BBQ available to hire (10 hire with 40 pound deposit) with a big bag of wood for 5 pounds so bring cash. A few compost toilets and cold water tap are all the facilities but what more do you really need.
View are incredible but it is a very basic site. Be prepared! I think they could do with investing in some better toilet and shower facilities.
