The most beautiful place to stay spotlessly clean relaxing and tranquil with a breakfast to die for . Nothing is too much trouble for chris and carol .
Could not rate this place highly enough, our hosts were incredibly hospitable, possibly the best hosts I've had in any environment. The local pub was a fantastic recommendation and the setting was beautiful and the staff friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were modern yet showed the character of the building. But overall it was our host and the lengths they went to, to ensure every detail was perfect.
6/5 stars will make a point to go back.
Beautiful country manor, rooms were a good size, breakfast was amazing (had the French toast). Hosts were lovely and friendly.
Lots of little things really made it 5/5 the warm fire with sofas, the free port and the board games and lastly lots of history to it with some areas of the house original walls.
Would definitely recommend staying
We had the whole house for our daughters wedding 2/3rd August. From the meal with family at the three tuns to our bed and breakfast Carol and Chris made our daughters wedding eve so special. The food is the best in Kent at the three tuns and the farmhouse is the most wonderful spotlessly clean bed and breakfast. From the venues to the service and food all 5* . Thank you both with your staff for the most memorable wedding for Lori and Adam. 🥰🥰
