Really enjoyed our lunch today. Good systems in place and good table service. Not a huge veggie choice but the fake steak pie was lovely. Chicken curry, bbq chicken melt and sub version were great. Recommended 👍👍👍

Decent pub. Useful seated area outside. Food is usual pub fare, but always good quality. They have an unusually good (for a pub) Pino Grigio.
Lovely pub staff friendly management fantastic for Dogs also.
If I could I would leave a zero star! Waited for 20 mins to speak with the lady allowing people into the pub, got to the front and there were no tables available however was told one would be available at 8pm (1/2 hour wait) therefore we stood around waiting and at 8pm was showed to a table outside and told to order food by the bar or on the app, decided to go to the bar, upon arriving at the bar you could hear someone in the kitchen swearing ! Approached the bar ordered drinks and then started to order our meals but were then told the kitchen closed at 8pm! As you can imagine not very happy with this so called the manager over, who really didn’t care apparently they had run out of food! I mean I understand a restaurant may run out of one or two meal options but a restaurant/hotel running out of food!! There were also other guests this had happened too. Managed to get a last minute table at the custom house which was superb and the staff were amazing.
