Staff were great, very responsive. Tables cleared regularly and cleaned between sittings. You need to use the app to order at the moment, but this was easy and drinks were brought very quickly.
Edit: forgot to mention, nice outside area - under cover and they have space heaters.
quality pub with a great atmosphere. enjoy watching the rugby here with all the regulars! friendly service, good beer and food too
Managed to get a table by chance on the weekend due to a cancellation, the safety measures they have in place were great and explained to everyone on their way in by the manager. plenty of hand sanitizer freely available, we were very impressed with how the business has dealt with the current climate and will definitely be returning. Staff and food were lovely. Excellent visit all round.
Food was good, manager was a little short, asked us to leave after 2 hours (covid) despite no further guests waiting for our seats. We weren't told of the 2 hour limit until 15 mins before the end just when we were about to order food.
Great service, Covid safe and great real ale beer although limited choice! Recommended
