Lovely hotel right in the centre of the city. We had a room at the rear of the hotel and could not hear anythin. The hotel was spotlessly clean and adhered to all COVID regulations. Professional staff who went out of their way to ensure that you had an enjoyable stay.

The stay was good and the cleanliness decent. The problem was with a cancelled booking, in within the cancellation time, that I was charged for. Such a bad communication. After many calls in which nobody could give any clear info and after more than 2 months I got the refund. But only after I left a bad review.

Fab loved this hotel. So clean and comfy and affordable did not like check in online as had to do it again at desk? Apart from that well worth the stay.

Friendly sevice. Upgraded to larger room because of covid and not many guests. Wifi fine. Free bottles of sparkling water. Bed comfy. Did not try breakfast. Staff not wearing masks but reception screened.

From start to finish, jury’s inn Cardiff has been an absolutely incredible experience. From my first interaction with Laura on the phone (who made sure our special room requests were prepared), to David on greeting us in the reception, to Sam during checkout. The staff were incredible. We decided to share our honeymoon with Jury’s inn, and they were so kind to offer a Complimentary upgrade. The room was clean, well sanitised (crucial in a covid world), Air conditioned, spacious (and much more!) The location was fantastic - right on the main parade which is very convenient. The room had a spectacular view of the city centre and had clear safety procedures to maintain cleanliness. It stands out in all aspects! We would highly recommend jury’s inn Cardiff, from the staff, to the hotel location to the hotel cleanliness was second to none.
