Amazing food and the best of service from Luke.
What an absolute shambles.
Booked a table for this evening in Cardiff. Waiting 10 minutes to be seated. We were then seated in an area that was so bright and clinical it was like an operating room.
After 10 minutes our server arrived and took our drinks order.
We waited for ages for the drinks to arrive, in the end we gave up and left.
I appreciate it is a difficult time but the level if service was well below par for other places we have visited recently.
Took so long to get the drinks to our table and ordered their steak sandwich only to get a small steak and a slice of tomato between brioche buns.(no caramelised onions no seasoning no blue cheese sauce) went ahead with it as I did not want ruin the moment even more.Was there to celebrate this 14th bday. The others ordered the Louisiana mess and trust me if was a mess. (Very dry fried chicken doused in hot sauce could not enjoy at all.) ordered few mocktails only to have 3-4 sips and rest of it ice. But took forever to get. Very disappointed. Never again. Not worth for the price. Can’t even say average food. Disappointed in my choice. All that hype about TGI Fridays for what?
TGI should stand for "too good to ignore" . Amazing greeting, covid advice and checked fir allergies! The food was lovely and well presented. Emrys was our server and he is a credit to your company. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Keep it up guys! X
2 kids 2 adults, 3 poor quality burgers with a pathetic portion of chips and a childs menu pizza, came to over 60 quid. Feel like ive been crimed
