Great location for the town, hotel beautifully decorated, clean (very covid aware), with great size bedrooms. Staff in all areas, courteous and friendly and made a visit from our family to the bar area very pleasing.

A well situated hotel, close to the Pantiles, all the shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and a satisfying rainwater shower. There was a party on when we stayed there with very loud music - a Saturday night - which stopped prompt at midnight. Had it gone on later I would have complained.

We stayed at the Hotel for two nights, during which my daughter got Married. The staff on every level were friendly, helpful and efficient. My daughters wedding went extremely well and ran very smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and I slept well, which makes a change for me. Every one I have spoken to had a great time, so Thank you to everyone, from reception, housekeeping, organising on the day and a special thank you to the waiting staff, who also doubled up as the bar staff.

Great hotel. Some extremely nice flourishes and touches in all areas. Breakfast was good as well. Highly recommended
