Stayed here for our wedding anniversary on 13/10/20. We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel, we relived our wedding night as we stayed here after our wedding too. They really looked after us and upgraded us to one of their indulgent rooms which was so spacious and comfortable! We had such a lovely time on both occasions. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tunbridge Wells in the future. The hotel is always clean and very well presented. All the staff was very helpful and really went above and beyond for us to enjoy our stay to the full!

We enjoyed every minute of our stays at this hotel. The room was beautiful and comfortable with beautiful views of the grounds. All the hotel and restaurant staff were attentive , polite and made us feel welcomed. The pool was very nice and clean. The food was also absolutely delicious and varied. We liked everything about our stay and we would definitely come back.

I had an enjoyable 3 night stay at the Spa Hotel in Tunbridge Wells. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were all wearing face masks. The price was reasonable and I got a room upgrade upon arrival which was appreciated. The rooms are quite classically decorated so not like a super modern hotel but they are comfortable and clean. I knew I wanted to use the pool and to get a manicure so I booked these in advance of my stay as there are extra measures in place during the pandemic. There are vegetarian breakfast options and vegan diets can be catered to. I didn’t have dinner here as there are so many places in the town (10-20 minutes away). There is a bar that is open all day and you sit in the lovely grounds. The surrounding area is very nice with quick access the common. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

I had a lovely stay at The Spa Hotel. Whoever said “You get what you pay for” clearly hasn’t stayed here! Very relaxing place and beautiful gardens. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was only 1 restaurant open and the food was horrendous (I ate there 3 times and regretted it every time) even though the waiters were lovely. Breakfast was amazing though. I would recommend on booking the pool well in advance as due to Covid you must get a slot to access it and it’s usually fully booked. Nonetheless, I 100% intend on coming back soon. Excellent staff all giving an excellent service. My wife and I had full cooked breakfasts. I had the veggie version, both were cooked to perfection and served by lovely friendly staff. Although we have a second night here I can already confirm that for subsequent visits to Tunbridge Wells we will definitely be staying again at The Spa Hotel. 10 out of 10 for everything.
