Excellent medical centre. Receptionist best I've ever dealt with. Helpful and efficient. Never failed to get an appointment when needed. Fantastic care for both me and my children. I speak to all staff with courtesy manners and respect and feel they treat me the same. Unfortunately not all patients do the same and I have heard those poor receptionist take some grief when all in all they do a fantastic job.
Difficult to decide between 2 and 3 to be honest. Been at this doctors since I was really little and always had the same problems. You get a different doctor every single time you visit, or at least if you're lucky enough to get a doctor. Usually you get a practitioner that can't prescribe anything, then need a doctor anyway. You can only get on the day appointments, theyre taking on new patients although they never have enough space for the ones they've already got. 9/10 trainee doctors. Called with serious problems before and they'd rather hang up than help.
Amazing staff always aware I need seen as soon as. I went in a few weeks ago to get a letter to my neurologist within a week I'd got a date for surgery. Always make me feel welcome.
Shocking surgery. Go elsewhere if possible.
Never answer the phone or if your lucky to get through, the receptionist who obviously has a phd in medicine herself will decide if you should see the G.P. 👍
Place is an absolute joke. Book an appointment for a child to get a flu jab. They accept and when it came time to confirm the appointment they can't assist as they only have enough for two weeks worth. This has been the second time that they done this. Not to mention that they couldn't even help with whooping cough injections for my pregnant girlfriend. Absolute disgusting that medical centres are allowed to operate like this. This is not how to serve the public. Joke of a medical centre. Would have given no stars if possible
