During Covid this place is plumbing new depths. I don't have the words to do justice to the inadequacy of their service, but I'll give it a go (only a 20,000 word novella taking place in a hopeless, dystopian future would begin to do it justice) . It took me 124 attempts to get through recently, to only be given the vaguest inclination of when the doctor would call by the humourless receptionist ("probably sometime this morning"). Even this information wasn't volunteered. It seems that any activity I undertake for the rest of the day is secondary to waiting for a surprise phone call, even if this activity generates the taxes that pay their wages. I decided that I would pre-book my second appointment, in spite of a few weeks’ worth of lead times, and was given a suspiciously precise time and date. I was right to be suspicious as the call never came during the pre-booked slot only to get a missed call later. Following a call back to the surgery the receptionist said they would inform the Doctor. Then nothing. I conclude it's easier to be ill.

Can't get through on the phone. Never email you back. No Covid markers or any Covid controls / pre-appointment Covid advice - long queues in the freezing cold. Wrong items in the repeat prescription. Horrendous.

In my 30s now and have been with Euxton Medical Centre for over 20 years. Fantastic reception team and brilliant GP’s. Can not speak highly enough of them all.

I am not one to write a review but after walking away from the medical centre today feeling embarrassed, I feel I need to. The attitude from the reception staff is appalling. Going to a place not feeling well, I expect in an environment that is meant to help, her attitude did in fact, not help. Horrible. It needs sorting.

Ive been with this practice for 4 years, when i moved i to the area. Dr Mansfield is brilliant, amazing GP. As for the receptionist’s utterly disgusted by their attitude, when you work in customer facing environment you can’t be like that. Not helpful, thinking they know everything, rude, Slightly abrupt manner, They need to go on customer service courses or sacking.
