Absolutely shambles of a surgery. The fact of it having actually having trained doctors is an understatement. Trainee doctors who have no clue or experience to help patients. " Take paracetamol you will be okay " thats their advice to you. No help or care. If you want proper care ring the hospital is what their answer is for you. Pathetic service.

Nurse came last week to take bloods from me at home, Later in the week I got a text message saying Doctor will phone to give results of tests, The Doctor that phoned was probably a trainee doctor because she had No idea I had been in hospital due to chest infections and had Loads of tests, Scans CT scans etc etc Yet said i needed To have them all again! After I told her i have had All the test she quoted she said she would speak to Dr. Patel and Then phone me...I am still waiting for a phone call but know i won't get one, It is a Totally useless exercise using the trainee Doctors because they no not what/who they are talking about!! It's happened a few times and I am Disgusted with the lack of information give!! My Name is Leslie Whinn!!

I could say this is worst GP surgery in Preston. I could say this is the worst GP surgery in Britain. I could say this is the worst GP surgery in Europe. I could say this is the worst GP surgery in the world, or even the solar system - but it is in fact the worst in the whole universe! To get through the call or to get an appointment is difficult. To say it is hopeless is an understatement!

Forget the one star of which I have no choice in giving, I give zero stars Since my GP's surgery was taken over by Issa Medical the service has been atrocious. I asked for a prescription for an inhaler for my husband and the reception said it wasn't due and refused point blank to request one from a GP! My husband is 51 years old, has had asthma since he was a small child, has always had his asthma under control, has always visited the surgery when requested for reviews (twice in one month when they said he hadn't attended the first) and is seeing a consultant as suggested. He now hasn't got a salbutamol inhaler which he absolutely needs to prevent an attack. Issa Medical Centre your receptionists are not medically trained therefore should not have the power to refuse prescriptions! If my husband has or dies of a heart attack through the pressure of not being able to breathe I shall point the finger at you. It is apparent that the proprietors of Issa Medical do not care about their patients health. An average 2 stars on Google reviews....... there is obviously a problem.
