Worst surgery ever had appointment to have my ear syringed today waited week half to get only to be told they don't do it now since end of last week and have to be referred to borough green!!! Ridiculous and yes had a missed call earlier from a private number how the heck I am supposed to know that's the surgery!!!oncee again my repeat prescription was not sent to the chemist last week !

Been trying to get through on the phone to actually talk to a human voice re a small query about my bp medication prescription..I can't even get in a queue! Every time I ring and press the required number I get cut off!. This is a disgrace and my anxiety is now through the roof worrying that I won't get my regular bp medication in my repeat prescription. I'm loathe to give this practice one star if it weren't for my previous experiences with a very good nursing team who do an almost impossible job in an understaffed and over subscribed surgery.

Father in law called here because his perforated eardrum is weeping/painful. He gets antibiotics for it. Doctor or practitioner told him to go to hospital! He’s 85, partially deaf, COPD, heart, can’t walk properly, Parkinson’s and he’s told to go to hospital in middle of COVID crisis. Words fail...

Always had 1st class treatment at this surgery. My wife and I have both received excellent care and have never had any negative experiences.

Absolutely shocking service from reception staff. I have recently had a baby, which in the current covid situation is stressful enough without having to deal with rude and judgemental staff. my baby's registration was not completed properly, having to chase appointments for his vaccinations on numerous occasions, to make multiple attempts at getting through. The longest attempt took 57 minutes, to then be hung up on. I then called back and that attempt took 46 minutes. I finally got an appointment, but I had to do it in two visits as what was required was unable to be completed at such short notice. I was then called half hour before my first appointmen, to discuss my appointment the next day for the vaccine. I wasn't aware of the details for that appointment and because of this I was met with hostility, GDPR questions were not completed, the receptionist was nothing but rude and ended up hanging up when I confronted her. I raised this with the Gp who was lovely and at my next appointment, she had a slightly better manner. I am currently on hold for the third time (cut off the first 2 attempts) chasing my sons 12 week appointment, which I still haven't had! (he is over 11 weeks) Nurses, triage and Doctors have been lovely but the service from receptionists and service provided is poor!
