Overall Walkers is a great taxi company and I don’t think that would be the case if is wasn’t for Ms Brenda. She is the just loveliest woman. She always has a cheery voice and is always happy to help. It’s just a shame that the new manager has a bad attitude and does not know the first rule of customer service.
We had an emergency with getting to Stansted airport due to a train derailment. Called a couple of company’s and walkers were the cheapest, arranged a taxi to pick us up with in 30mins. Got a text to say taxi was outside property early which was great, the car was lovely, the driver was very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant drive and got to the airport with an hour to spare before our flight.
