We are in tier 4. Having to be here as evacuated due to flooding. No bar. No restaurant. Able to have food delivered, no problem. Staff really friendly and helpful. Can't be faulted

Stayed here many times, 1st class service, excellent rooms, very quiet and the view over the river is superb. 5* +++

Very friendly, clean, quiet. Only reason why 1 star missing is because although in Covid times masks were supposed to be worn, not many were by guests and was not enforced. Would have like to seen staff masked up.

the staff were outstanding, made me feel at home, very helpful and chatty, i would visit there again, and if i had a problem the staff seen to it right away, nice, warm friendly and helpful, from d,young, room 3 22/8/2020,
