Booked with free cancellation through Booking. Com. The property took the full payment immediately. When I had to cancel a few months later, no refund. They constantly ignore emails and now offering me a voucher for I stay I will never need to do. Still waiting three months later for a £300.00 refund
Clean and spacious Apartment for us. Very near to town centre. Has a very modern Kitchen with all amenities, though didn't use the kitchen -as McDonald and other fine restaurants were just by the corner. Will definitely recommend and use again. The only issue was that we were allowed to park only one of our cars in their bay for free
Our stay in Maidstone Kent was pleasant for booking our apartment with-The Rhinos. Very clean and spacious apartment for our team. Cheaper and more comfortable than Hotel rooms. We also parked on their bays for free and the location is very close to the City Centre with eating and shopping areas just nearby. Expect us again soon.
Just next to City Centre. Good location and clean Apartment on arrival. Has every thing I needed to enjoy my stay in Maidstone. Will definitely use again and recommend you to others
We spent at least 45 minutes looking for the location and no one ever picked up the phone for customers service, ended up booking someplace else last minute
