We wish to add that the last comment and low score by Mark could not be responded to directly by Maidstone guest house on the software. Mark gave us a low score, but it should be known that he did not stay at the guest house and he refused to show his ID. However this is a legal requirement in the UK. We take comments very seriously and we like positive comments, as this only betters our services.
