From the moment I walked into the hotel you could tell they are doing everything to keep it clean and safe during this pandemic. There is clear signage of a one way system in the foyer. The staff were friendly and helpful making check in quick and easy. There is lots of parking so that wasn't an issue. There was a sticker on my door to show the room had not been opened since being cleaned, more signage in the room, everything super clean. I did contact the hotel before arriving to ask about the pool and gym facilities. You do need to book your session, first come first served, as they can only have a maximum number at one time. This wasn't a problem for me and again was another sign that Hilton were doing everything they can to look after their guests. The only issue I had was an over keen house-keeping staff member who decided 8.30am on check out day was a good time to come to the room. The knocking was super insistent to the point I called Reception to check if maybe I had the check out time of 11am incorrect.... House-keeping returned again just after 10.30am, I felt this was a little pushy and rushed me. However it was a really enjoyable stay!

Great swimming pool, Covid safe. We had a nice room with two double beds. Unfortunately there isn't a fridge in the room which would have been nice. Wi-Fi is about £12 a day. I felt as though I'd been beamed back to the year 2000. It should be free In 2020. Parking for residents is £5 per night. We enjoyed the breakfast. Overall a nice hotel and stay

Good location for links to the motorways. Comfortable spacious rooms. Felt very covid secure during the pandemic. Friendly staff. Only negative was paid parking.

Gideon was amazing , always smiling and made sure we felt like home . There was a little bit of staff issue but Gideon dealt with the situation professionally and promptly. Extremely friendly and happy to help. He has met my expectations and beyond . I have already recommended this hotelto friends and family because of Gideon hospitality. Such a shame we didn’t get to say good bye . Thank you Gideon 😊😊

Very lovely hotel with great customer service. I have to particularly comment on the level of hygiene and accommodation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
