Stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed.
Very friendly staff . The best of this hotel is the location. You can walk into Maidstone along the lovely river in around 40 mins. Allington lock is a stones throw along with the Malta Inn Beefeater.
5 stars again, everything was very nice and the same receptionist (Suzanne) was on. Again she went what I felt was above and beyond we went into tier 4 at 4pm that afternoon. Suzanne checked out loads of information for me and was so ery helpful. She is thr kind of person you want to meet when you are having to stay away from home due to work commitments, I felt, yet again, she went above and beyond ACCREDIT to Premier Inn.
We booked in for a four night stay, one would hope to have housekeeping on a daily basis. Apparently not, due to covid rooms are not being cleaned. I do not use dirty toilets or uncleaned bathrooms at home, so why should I have to when I have paid to stay in a hotel. I did ask for cleaning materials so I could do it for myself when the receptionist said she would do it (very kind of her I have to say) if the cleaners were not happy to do it themselves. At no point during booking were we made aware of this as I would have chosen another hotel. I am aware of it being a budget hotel, but there should be certain standards of cleanliness maintained Covid or no Covid.
We stayed for one night on Sunday 25th Oct the lady on reception was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Definetly stay again in the future.
Clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The inn is in a great spot with a lovely walk right on the doorstep
