Lovely camp site for those who have passion to watch the kneeling stars in the night.
Oldbury Hill Camping and Caravanning Club site is in an attractive location surrounded by woodland. We received a particularly warm and friendly welcome. Much of the site is sloping, which gives rise to fine views. But it also meant levelling ramps were required for our camper; and even though they are large we were unable to achieve a horizontal attitude for the van. However, it was not a major issue. The toilets and showers are somewhat dated, but they were clean and functional. It was the second time we had stayed, because the location provides a convenient stopover close to the M25, en route to the Channel Tunnel. We would stay again.
Lovely small site. Rules are strict but that keeps it pleasant quiet and no one enforced them unreasonably and they were tolerant of the kids playing. Simple clean facilities and lovely spot.
For ease and price this was the perfect ace to rest between night shifts over the weekend, made to feel very well come. Clean and tidy site, limited facilities but I didn't need for anything . Would recommend.
Nice site. Quite a slope. Rules on arrival times very strict. check so you don't get caught out. Staff v helpful and friendly. Great location.
