Apart from the air conditioning being very loud ( even when switched off) and keeping me awake I had no problems, the staff were friendly and the place clean and tidy. The rooms were tidy and a reasonable size. I would use this place again if going back to Dartford
Good service, friendly and a great night sleep. The reason for one less star is I had a disabled room without a bath but appart from that it was spot on. Clean and quiet, what more do you need?
Perfect location for Bluewater Shopping Centre. It was good value for money, clean and tidy, with free parking. The staff were friendly and the rooms were adequate. Will definitely stay again.
Not really much you can do about other people that come crashing down the stairs despite the fact you are on the last flight to the landing.... could have waited for me to get up the last flight rather than coming down and making me squeeze into a corner... what a joke, not really the hotels fault but it could do with working lifts and wider stairs. Food is great and staff are friendly, just need better enforcement of social distancing rules.
Clean and tidy room. The hotel is really well presented and check in was fast and easy. Also restaurant next door is a bonus
