Nice hotel with a beautiful foyer and very friendly stuff. The room was all right but very clean and in order. The hotel gives access to the swimming pool of a decent side and to the jacuzzi. There is a nice bar that offers a good selection of drinks and cocktail. Even if I had a room towards the main entrance, it was very quiet during the night.

Positives were- Room was spacious, and jacuzzi was open and managed to book a pool spot. Negatives :Bathroom could be better, have had better shower area in a 3 star hotel. No room service, was told to eat in our rooms, even though people were eating in restaurant area. Breakfast was awful, why would you pay for a croissant and a roll? We expected a full English for the price they charge. When I told the receptionist that if we'd have been told what the breakfast was we wouldn't have paid the extra, and eaten elsewhere, she didn't offer any compensation or help. We also paid for the dinner, food mediocre, not very enjoyable, chicken. In curry tough, no kids menu?! No cocktails even though they had a huge selection of drinks?! But the bar man wouldn't make one. wish we'd have eaten out instead. Not good customer service from a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't go back here again. Rough area, I noticed a room had been smashed up by someone aswel which didn't make me feel very safe. Would not recommend. Just because the are restrictions in place does not mean you don't need to provide good customer service, I've stayed in a 3 star holiday inn hotel and its been wonderful in comparison to this 4 star.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staffs are friendly and welcoming.one of the very few Hotels that also cater for different ethic backgrounds with regards to Food. Stayed a couple of times after a an event and will be definitely be coming back.

I only give one star because 0 stars is not an option! Hotel is very dated, carpets looked very dirty and in need of a good clean. The room we had was awful, the bathroom was so bad we didn’t even have a shower or brush our teeth! Mould In the bath and tiles and a rusty plug hole!!! The toilet wouldn’t flush, cheap nasty toilet roll the list goes on and on! This is not what I would expect for a Hilton and at £70 a night I find this daylight robbery. Do not wast your money staying here
