We read many positive reviews of the site and the friendly warden and decided to stop, it being the first time we had stopped at a caravan and motorhome site. My partner called to book and came off the call feeling as though she had been spoken down to and made to feel daft by the lady taking the call. We continued anyway and I went to check in with the warden.
Having read all the reviews about the friendly warden I can only assume he was on holiday. Warden aside, the site is great. Fantastic view in a unique location. Clean facilities that did the job for the night we were stopping.
It’s different so you’ve got to do it. Walking into Warwick is fun. Great town with lots of interesting shops. I walked the race course and loved it. Good stop over or base to further explore.
Really clean and nice. Very nice people that help you with everything even reversing on to your pitch. Showers are clean and very well organised. Definitely coming back for race day!
Perfect stopover when visiting Warwick, usual club standards and good pitch. The site is located in the middle if the race course with loads of open land to explore, walk the dog, cycle or if you are energetic run. Warwick Centre is only a few minutes walk away, with loads of pubs and eateries. Recommended.
The whole experience from phoning to book to staying was wonderful. The wardens were extremely welcoming and helpful. The site is well laid out and pitches clearly marked and numbered.
The facilties were very clean and fresh. Covid requirements were clearly visible on notices.
Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.
