Staff were extremely helpful. Changed us to a ground floor room in minutes when I explained my partner had hurt her back. Value for money A1+
Was booked for an overnight stay after visiting Warwick Castle. Hotel had adequate covid restrictions in place signage and screens and sanitising stations. Our room was the 4th floor no real issue as were both adequately mobile however the room heated up massively overnight due to the air con being on a timer. We then had to adjust it at some time in the am to cool us to sleep further. Breakfast was a worrying affair as my partner and I moved around to toast bread and get coffee we felt it was correct to wear our mask other guests did not including staff which concerned me.
while the so called crisis is at bay shut half the hotel down i:e top two floors. do em up you know renovate them then re open them and do the same with the other floors. simple. its not all about who can make the most yearly profit
As far a Premier Inns go, it's like its brothers and sisters elsewhere. Affordable, clean, no fuss. This one is located in a quieter area of town, but easy to get to if you're driving. No buffet at the moment due to COVID so table service instead. Make a reservation for your breakfast table with reception on arrival as things get busy.
Great location under 10 minutes drive from the centre of Warwick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good, however could hear a little noise. Would stay again.
