I stayed here for work purposes for 4 weeks. Nothing was a problem for Ata, the owner. I would happily stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable rooms, great location and price. The full English breakfast was very tasty and filling. The host is professional, helpful and very interesting to discuss with, so I am glad we met. Staying at this place made my visit in Warwick extra special.

Lovely little bed and breakfast. The owner was excellent, very friendly. Room was basic but good. I knew what to expect. Great value for money. Would stay again

Stayed here for four weeks due to work. Nothing was a problem for the owner (Ata). Would happily stay here again either workwise or on holiday.
