Owner Bruna and her son Marco are wonderful hosts - so charming and friendly. Hotel is clean and warm and the bed was a dream. Also it's a short walk to town and Castle.
Stayed here this week first trip away post lockdown. Was amazing gorgeous room very warm and welcoming lovely people.

A warm and welcoming family run guest house . The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful four poster bed and modern en-suite . Breakfast offered vegetarian options and the poached eggs were amazing - as was the coffee! We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon .
Very friendly, clean and comfortable stay. Good breakfast in airy conservatory, also handy for local pubs with food (which were also friendly). Free car parking at the rear. Recommended
Nice comfy hotel close to Warwick town and railway station, the owners were lovely people who put themselves out to cater for their guests needs. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel, rooms were ensuite and had tea making facilities. Car park was hard to find located in a gap between the houses leading to the rear of the hotel, check it on Google map before you travel and you can see where you need to turn off the road to the rear of the buildings and the car park.
