Good location! No hot food or bar due to corona! But you can get a very nice breakfast box! Aldi is opposite my favourite supermarket! And towns is walking distance My company booked me a double room! Was awesome because i got x2 breakfasts in a box! Also I had a double bed but could use a single quilt and not get to hot! Room wasnt to hot unlike previous night in another hotel! Room was Clean and tidy (my partners a professional cleaning company who was on a video call during inspection) 👍🏿 from Her🤣 and Bed was super comfy i sleeped like a baby! The power shower was fantastic, and x2 breakfasts in a box was a winner, little treats keeper me going all day. Many thanks Travelodge chelsmford army and navy! Would certainly return and recommend👍🏿
Very clean and tidy. Felt safe. Room clean and fresh. Lovely stay except being woken at 3am by arguing couple in corridor but not the fault of hotel. Would use again for convenience of position.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower.
Room at front overlooked the road (see photos) and was noisy day and night with traffic.
Ask for a room at the back!!

Very professional welcome with comprehensive explanation of Covid rules. Also informed of how breakfast is served and places to get an evening meal.
It was comfortable would have been better if a dog across the hall was not barking
