First time to this holiday inn and its really lovely, look and it is very cleane and staff is very polite. Good thing they offer room service with full menu so many choices. Tomorrow ill have a burger ;) ... breakfast no ordering or booking time slots so its really efficient even on this though times. They really have customers priority... will def. raccomand it if you are in Colchester area. Thank you Holiday Inn.
Really great, we like the room, pool and restaurant service was really great. Served by Alex at dinner he was great. The toilet in the reception area could do with a bit of a clean. The staff at the reception both days were quite friendly.

Fabulous stay, clean and comfy room, excellent facilities, great breakfast and fantastic staff.
Lovely stay.Staff was so nice and helpful. Reception, health suite and restaurant all really helpful. Used the swimming pool and the gym.The breakfast was hot and delicious. Covid Safety measures in place. Great job,Keep it up.
