Clean static vans good linen and beds. Clean pool. Problem was that the pool which is advertised as heated was NOT heated due to a fault. Also the general public tables were not clean.

Nice more modern facilities than other Parks we've stayed at. Reception and maintenance staff real friendly and more helpful than other Parks too

Disappointed about service, food at restaurant and caravan maintenance. They just want your money, your comfort is not important. Avoid try to book with Parkdean or other professional parks. I wasted my time. It will be the first and the last.
