We have booked some days away with this company and had to amend the booking. i have received a written confirmation about a refund 3 weeks ago and have been phoning you guys up every week now. each time you made me wait and i got brushed off. Your customer service is very poorly, there is no support or attempt to find a resolution to something which could have been fixed easily. Even managerial staff was impolite and said he will hang up on me ( and again, no attempt has been made to resolve my query or offer any kind of compensation for me calling up to chase my refund).
I have been booking my caravan holidays with Parkdean resorts since few years, but my last holiday was a big disappointment.
Staff is rude and they don't let you do BBQ at Abergele Carvan Resorts.
Lovely resort, highly recommended
If u want to be bullied by security and followed by a member of hotel team then would suggest going here customer service never call back and Barr you from place when done nothing wrong
Parkdean is an average resort, there is not an awful lot to do. Saying this you are next to the Blackwater, so boating is an option. It is a pretty peaceful spot so nice to get away from the hustle and bustle
