Me and my family had a lovely weekend here. We stayed in a berden caravan 😁 it was very clean spacious, and well maintained with extremely comfortable beds for a caravan. Site quite and was also clean and tidy and staff very polite and helpful. Not far from the seafront with plenty of places to eat and a lovely beach for the kids to play on. Overall I would say this was a much needed break for us all and if you like a traditional seaside town this is perfect for a little break from the norm. I would definitely recommend this site and we will return for another weekend sometime next year 😉
Love the site. Not to noisy. Nice caravan. Site clean. shop and fish/chips bar. Not far from town, by bus or by car or cab. Clubhouse good entertainment. Will stay again.
First ever visit for a family weekend away. Overall it is a nice, clean caravan sight and the caravan we had was lovely. Driving around the sight I noticed that the signage to guide you around isn't very good, followed a main signed to the direction our caravan was but then no more signs after that so it wasn't the easiest to navigate. We used the swimming pool and during Covid the changing rooms weren't open, this left some family's turning up in swimming costumes but then when it came to leaving trying to cover up and get changed around the pool with everyone else there. Also the state of the pool wasn't the best, the pool and water itself was clean and tidy but the facility itself wasn't in the best shape.
Well laid out. Good for kids/families. Could use some lighting on the signage as we arrived about 8.30 and it was dark and had to guess a little bit where our accommodation was but great otherwise.
I've been coming here for over 30 years, love it here, brings back great memories for me and my family. Me and my mates went for a getaway weekend. We had a great time, apart from the weather lol
