Lovely pub, great food, good value . We could only sit outside which was a bit chilly. Not much atmosphere, probably because of the covid guidelines and having to sit out in the cold, would have been ok in July/Aug

Went for a drink on the way to Conwy but the staff were grumpy and short tempered. We got shouted as we went inside because we didn't know we are not allowed to go in. Absolutely no sign from the car park about this. You can only order from outside the pub at the main entrance, which is fair considering the Covid, but there's no list of drinks and you can guess what they have and not. The bar staff didn't help with this at all. The lady at the door was very rude us keep asking to stay away with angry face. There are so much signs and restrictions regarding Covid but when it came to payment we had to pay with cash hand to hand to the bartender. The star is only for the location as you can sit by the river and enjoy your drink. Will never stop here again.
