The only reason I give this hotel 2 stars is how nice the day and evening staff were Amber especially. Rooms were small and uncomfortable. Beds were terrible heating sounded like a helicopter when I told reception at night was told e rooms are all like it so either you get cold or don't sleep. Shower leaked and smelt... breakfast was terrible. Back working in this area this week and have a far better hotel at the same rate I am still annoyed that I paid nearly £400 to stay here and hated it.
Clean friendly and good staff measures in place even with the restrictions
Good helpful staff, clean room and easy parking. The breakfast was sausage and bacon sandwiches and a take away pack. Very nice in these times.
Good place to rest with good staff. Nice beds and pillows. I'd come back
Comfy beds, Aircon works, nice bathroom. Pleasant staff. Would definitely use again.
