Very basic, but also very cheap. Tired bathroom (dirty grout, a lot of odd marks) but excellent water pressure and heat. Clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Not too noisy, and easy parking. Vending machine (expensive) or quite a long walk/quick bus to get to a shop. Takeaways deliver.

The staff was friendly but seldom helpful because most of the time no one was sitting there. Instead, there was a note for hotel customers that they were out of reception, which was normal! We was really disappointed when we first came into the room, especially the bathroom, which was very dirty and very damaged and very worn, and called for repairs! Toilet points (-10) dirty around the seat inside the toilet - never cleaned by any of the housekeepers, also (-8) faucets, (-8) dispensers were very dirty, especially at the bottom when you sit 🛀 and look from the bottom up. Here were terrible looks. While the bathroom was scary and very used. The room was good, the bed was comfortable and clean. The only thing I missed were some air conditioners because We are really couldn't breathe, the air was heavy and we also missed the friendly service from the housekeepers, who never came to my room and never asked me or my partner if we needed cleaning or something, to fill or exchange something for new ones. You need more and better help with the services at this Travelodge in Harlow. The pub on side looks nice but beer 🍺 and ciders was very expensive in this situation (COVID 19) and also as been used or longer stayed on table. But price for staying in this Hotel was good ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very welcoming and helpful . Room clean on arrival. Safe and secure . Desk manned 24/7 Only downside is out of their control due to Covid 19 rules , they can only clean and change sheets before entry not during stay . However, they are happy to hand over clean sets at reception and you can leave any rubbish outside your door in the mornings and they will collect . Good value for money .
