Loved my room, breakfast was good also, great location for Journey into London

Massive kitchen with coffee/tea & self service breakfast.
I wish I had stayed here before rather than in Enfield.
Very clean and a nice queit place to go relax and enjoy the scenery.
Interesting stay. The property has been done up really beautifully, and the location was nice for a 2 night stay. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the centre of Harlow or Chelmsford. In the way that the property is currently run, it did feel more like a nice hostel than a hotel. We've stayed at similar properties for around the same price or less and there were some comparable differences. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, hairdryer or bathroom utilities. We were on the first floor and there was one dated bathroom shared between all the rooms on our floor which was not the bathroom shown in the photos for our room. You are messaged the room number and code to get into the building prior to arrival. We did see the owner Alan and he seemed nice. There is a communal kitchen where you help yourself to cereal in the cupboards. It wasn't a bad stay by any sense, but I feel it could do with a bit more to be a Hotel as the name suggests.
We recently stayed in one of the new king rooms, it was was so lovely and clean. This hotel has been refurbished under the new management and what an amazing job they have done! It was so lovely that we have rebooked to return later next year.
