Always a really friendly greeting when you arrive and the service is great. We recently visited on a Sunday and had the roast beef - the portions are great and the meat is excellent quality. This is a fantastic pub and is well worth a visit.

Lovely place. Dog friendly, gluten free options, warm welcome and good food. GF option = fish and chips! Recommended.

Steak was excellent but steak and ale pie disappointing. Smothered in gravy to the extent of not being able to taste anything else and it also made the pastry so soggy. Ate on government scheme so only paid half price of bill which made it good value. Owner/manager very nice and thought it very good service that he phoned us to warn of roadworks.

Really great that the Fox is open again. Sat in the garden on this lovely afternoon. Everything arranged properly and Covid Secure .
