Not been to the Albert for a while. We had a lovely meal, great quality and plenty of it. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. Tables were well space out and cleaned between each customer. It's a bit strange going out anywhere during this crisis but it felt very relaxed and safe, plus the 50% discount offer was a bonus. Thoroughly recommend 👍

Had a lovely dinner and great service by the friendly staff, especially Dean. Although we’d booked our table days in advance, there was a mixup when we we arrived on the busy evening. Dean went above and beyond to make us happy customers, whilst we waited for our table. And so we kept our booking for the following night as well. Well done Dean! And PS. the food was quality.👌🏼

Had 3 lovely different meals here while on holiday, each one was hot and delicious. Worth a visit, staff very friendly and helpful. Need to book as having to turn people away who hadn't done so

Enjoyable bar with tradional pub food cooked to a good standard. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good solid choice for pub lunch or family meal.

The food was lovely i cant fault that at all. There was a certain member of staff that really shouldn't be working there. A young guy "greeted" us in...asked if we had booked,which we had. He walked off with 2 menu's,so we guessed we had to follow. The menus got chucked on the table and he walked off. 2 other diner's also commented on the member of staff with is unhelpfulness and attitude. We sat for about 10mins,when a female member of staff asked if we'd had our drink order taken,which we hadn't. Ordered food and drinks with this lady. Again food was lovely but I mentioned the guy who "greeted" us,she knew straight away who we were referring to as others had commented on him too. Not the job for you really being in hospitality if you can't even speak to paying customers properly.
