Average food, average service
GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!! This 5 stars goes to guy waiting on during the lunchtime rush today. The restaurant was packed today and he was the only person on the restaurant floor. Despite this he provided a brilliant service, food and drink came promptly and was delicious too.
Went here for my birthday. Staff were friendly and attentive but took a whole to take order and bring food out. Had the bbq pulled pork burrito, didn't taste of bbq but was still nice. Also had a side of onion rings which were more than enough to share. My brother had the ribs but wasn't too impressed by the quality of the meat and compared it to our cats food. Bought my birthday cake out despite of covid and sang to me. Alcohol prices were a bit of an extaution though.
Waited 40 minutes outside as table space was limited due to lockdown but expected this so it was fine. Bar staff were nice. Waitress who served us was lovely. Unfortunately, poor quality food that we could not finish. Cheese was really greasy and chewy, very cheap product. Made the pizza almost inedible. Peppers and onions on the fajita base had absolutely no flavour and a horrible soggy texture like they had been sat keeping hot for a while. Chicken for the fajitas was better but still quite tough and dry. Mac and cheese balls to start were okay. Potato skins starter looked like it had been deep fried and burnt, again, poor quality cheese and bacon.
Its a shame the food wasnt great as the service was good but unfortunately, will not be returning.
The food is really good. Our three kids enjoyed it and is a good variety if foods and drinks. The milkshake was a big hit. The social distancing arrangements have been well thought out. The service was good and the staff were pleasant.
