Wonderful place to go. Great staff, comfortable, good value and nice selection of beers. I love it
We has a wonderful stay here. We liked it so much that we would like to give some tips to improve. None of these things affected our stay! Or lights turned off at some point, went to the front desk and they were very helpful.
Pointers:
Toilet didn't flush properly.
Could get better windows
Could have plug sockets near the bed.
Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was very polite, lovey and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Spent a lovely evening here before Wales locked down. The room was clean and fresh with tea and coffee provided. Food in the restaurant was top-draw! Beautiful evening meal, a great night's sleep and a fabulous breakfast 😋! Highly recommended.
The hotel is quite basic but the room was clean and the shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful but table service in the restaurant was slow. This may have been because of Covid-19 issues. Overall I had a pleasant stay and it was reasonable value for money. I would stay there again.
The best in town, lovely food, settings, lighting, rooms.. Its a hidden gem.. But of course none of this would be any good without the beautiful friendly service given.. I will certainly return... Loved it.. I came as a stranger and left as a friend x
