This home has a very high turn over of staff (This home will employ anyone no experience required) Very fake manageress she comes across as a professional but very sneaky. The home has extremely poor management she brushes concerns aside raised by others. Poor care, Poor food, dirty kitchen. I would not recommend you put your loved one in to this home. Some staff have poor hygiene, Overall not a very nice place to work or live. It's all about the MONEY MONEY MONEY with this company.
Worst company I’ve ever worked for.
National minimum wage on night shift with no break, left on your own while other worker sleeps yet one hour taken off your pay time. Disgusting
I was a resident during 2020 at this care home . The things I saw were not very nice. The owner Siva was extremely tight and did not supply us with fresh foods was all cheap processed. No luxury at all no toilet rolls in bathrooms, no hand soap or hand towels, no tv in rooms,would trun of hot water and heating to save money,not allow us access to our money when we requested it, turn off the lift so no one could use it. I am so glad I have moved out of this place. It would give a 1 star rating this place is supposed to be a care home not a prison.
The pay is basic the management dont like putting toilet rolls in rooms as it expensive. Made to feel guilty if we ask for cleaning products. Please stay away from this home.
The management should not be trusted with anyone's love ones.
