The staff were wonderful, friendly, and overall did an excellent job. The breakfast was fairly good, the staff prepared takeaway boxes and social distancing rules were enforced. That being said the hotel was somewhat rundown. Their were some stains on the room carpet and the bathroom could definitely use an updating. Several amenities which I usually expect to be free at an airport hotel came at an additional charge, such ad the luggage scale in the lobby and the airport shuttle.

Beyond my expectations! Stayed one night with dinner and breakfast included. The room was big (there was even a sofa and a coffee table) and the bed comfortable, very clean and neat. The dinner was very good and abundant. The girl at the reception lovely. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience (:

Very good service and excellent measures in place due to pandemic. Breakfast had a very limited selection and would have liked to seen more. The hopper service is convenient for transfer to and from the airport. Staff were very friendly and professional.

After a tough journey from Newcastle upon Tyne, me & my 3 grandchildren arrived 9:15pm absolutely shattered to be told that a family room wasn’t prepared. The lady dealt with the situation professionally & got us sorted quickly, the staff were friendly & very accommodating. It would have been a 5star but the room had a lingering smell of a cigarette smell, no fault of the hotel but maybe the previous visitor!
