Solid experience. They Didn't dog the boys
Staff very courteous and helpful I didn't know how to book in on-line and it would have cost me £17 more not booked that way. They done it all for me 3 times as my flights kept being cancelled and had to stay 3 days. Nothing was a bother to them.Very friendly staff. I've used Premier in different locations and due to insomnia am a bad sleeper. The beds are so comfy I slept like a baby. Would highly recommend the Premier for anyone looking 5star hotel at low prices even though only 3star Thanks Nicky Mikey and Lisa. Happy New Year all. Xoxo From Northern Ireland xx
Lovely comfortable bed and room nice and quiet. Staff helpful. I was not impressed with the free cab minicom service. Was unable to use a card transaction, was charged but had payment refunded. The price to Bishops Stortford was £21.00 which was a bit steep considering Association cabs charge £14.00!
Great Hotel fully equipped for a relaxing time. Very friendly and kind staff. Much recommend place to stay near Stansted airport.
Okay for a stop over, for your flight for the next morning, close to the Airport, bed comfortably and room not bad! Bath wasn't though, I struggled to get out of the bath! Wasn't a good experience for me, I didn't know how to work the shower , I would stay again as it's reasonably cheap.
