0/10 - We had a comically bad experience with this property, very similar to others shown here. The shower wasn't working and we had to be moved to a different hotel in the middle of the night, which wasn't much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The experience I had with this hotel was horrifying and traumatizing. My sister and I arrived to the hotel at 1:00 a.m. because we had a late flight. In fact, we emailed the hotel when we booked it letting them know that we are going to come late because of our flight. However, when we arrived the hotel was locked and no one was there. It was dark and raining and we did not know what to do. There was a piece of paper put on the door saying "call this number for the receptionist". We tried to call a few times. However, nobody was answering. Finally, after trying a bunch of times, some lady answered. The lady was angry because we called late, even though they knew we are checking in late. After 20 minutes standing in the dark, cold, and rain, a minivan came "to pick us up and transfer us to a different hotel because this one is not working anymore”. Please imagine us being in this situation: Two girls alone, late at night, getting in a car with some random man who is telling us he is going to drive us to a different hotel. In fact, we did not really have a choice because we did not have a car, and uber was not working in that area. It was late, we were alone and we did not have a choice so we got into the car. The car ride was scary because the driver was swerving and he also was asking us personal questions as “did we come here alone?”. At that moment we literally though we are getting kidnapped. After the terrifying drive, we finally got to a hotel. The workers did not say sorry and just told us that the lady who was supposed to let us know that the hotel we made reservations for was closed went on a vacation and because of that nobody told us. As I mentioned before, DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL,THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS AND THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE.

Found this place as I only needed a bed for the night from Stanstead airport. The price is really good and not too far from the airport usually about 20 £25 taxi fare. It is what it is. There is no breakfast. But the rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful.Will definitely use again if I have a connecting flight the next day.

Nice room and tidy ... good selection of warm drinks ... what ket it down was some if the bathroom appliances didn't work sink plug ... shower . Otherwise a good stay
