Good price and nice room. Was a little hard to find and a bit odd that I never saw the host. But I will definitely stay there again when I'm using the airport, which is close by.
Utter, utter shambles. Like so many reviewers - this place loves taking prepaid, confirmed bookings in advance, only to tell you 'they're full' when you arrive. Your only option? 'Stay in another of our hotels - 4 miles away (!!!)'.
Oh - and then they'll try and charge you 15£ for the ride to the hotel.
Avoid, avoid, avoid this place - the price is literally too good to be true. These cowboys need to be shutdown and blacklisted by Booking.com and other sites.
Very quiet place but there is no customer care. The garden outside is full of grass and there is no maintenance.
When we arrived after 10pm on Saturday, someone, probably the owner told us that there's no free room for us (even if we booked it 1 week earlier). He offered to give us a ride to the hotel 4 miles further, but he said that he can take only one of us at a time. Because it was a middle of nowhere, and it was already dark, we didn't really agree for it. And he wanted £15 for for a ride, even if it wasn't our fault that there's a mess with the booking (or no respect to people booking the rooms, because during the entire week we didn't get any information that the room will be taken).
I know it's "only" £30, but I don't even think we're going to get it back...
